Also I have ran repairs in outlook and word. I have tried deleting and re-creating the address's but it applies to all. If I select it all recommendations disappear and I am left with just Joe.
When I say I cant select the e-mail address, an example would be If I typed in Joe then it would show this address up, I can tab to it, highlight it but can not select it.
I cant seem to select any e-mail address's in the 'To.', 'Cc.' & 'Bcc.' but I can using the 'From.' field. We use word 2003 as our e-mail editor in outlook 2003, as per the screen shot below: Outlook 2003 has been setup to run in compatibility mode (windows 7) and the same with Word. This change will affect your software updates and security options. Microsoft will end support for Office 2003 on April 8, 2014.
The machine runs office 2003 and therefore outlook 2003. Microsoft Office 2003 suites and applications are not compatible with Windows 8. I have upgraded a PC from Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10. I don't know if anyone else would have come across this problem, and hopefully I explain it accurately.
